The Michael Carter Sr. legacy scholarship is established to provide financial support for young people between the ages of 16 and 23 that are looking to improve their lives after high school. The scholarship places special emphasis and focus on individuals who are interested in pursuing opportunities in the agriculture industry, trade vocations and entrepreneurship.
