Princes' Town
In December 2006, the City of Fredericksburg officially became the first city in the Commonwealth of Virginia to form a partnership with an African city. The city of Princes’ Town is a small city located on the south western tip of Ghana, West Africa.
Project Oheemah
Our partnership with Prince’s Town includes Project Oheemah: an effort to make feminine hygiene products readily available to the residents of this town in Ghana. This is a pivotal step in aiding the residents of Prince’s Town to improve their standards of living.
